Go to user control panel and in there you will find edit avatar,you can import a pic direct from your puter or a place like photobucket.The pic will have to be resized in photobucket its the smallest setting

How "I" do it ....

picture saved to hard drive from internet ... hold mouse over pic : pic = 262 x 264

open picture - top tool bar IMAGE (click)
click - STRETCH/SKEW ... change Horizontal & Vertical from 100/100 to 80/80 - picture is now 210 x 188 - repeat the process 1 more time @ 80/80 , the picture is now 168 x 151

KEEP re-sizing until you reach the 120x120 limits of the site requirements

CLOSE picture ... message will ask " Save Changes " ... click "YES"
