The tri-five chevys built at the west coast factories originally had single piece front and rear bumper. My 59 was built in oakland CA, same thing - one piece, most others are three piece. I am sure this was true at leat til 1961.
But one thing I noticed Ed is your front boltholes have been welded in (Studs inside?).... I like that look
